Who is responsible

eehl.net is published by ENERGOIL LIMITED, a UK limited company, which is the controller of personal data collected through this site. Contact: info@eehl.net.

What we collect and why

Partner enquiry form. When you send the form on the partner page, we receive your name, company, work email, the option you selected and your message. We use them only to reply to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to arrange the partnership. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.

Email. If you write to info@eehl.net, we use your message and address only to reply.

Browsing the site. eehl.net does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and it does not load third-party scripts. Like any web host, our hosting provider processes technical data such as IP addresses in server logs to deliver and secure the site.

Who processes it for us

The site and the enquiry form are hosted by Netlify, Inc. (United States), which stores form submissions on our behalf under its Data Processing Addendum. For transfers from the UK and the European Economic Area, Netlify relies on its certification under the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework and its UK Extension, with standard contractual clauses and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum as the fallback. Enquiry notifications and emails to info@eehl.net are received through our email provider. We do not sell your data or share it with anyone else.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries only as long as needed to handle them and any resulting partnership, and delete them within 24 months of our last contact unless the law requires us to keep them longer.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to how we use it, or, where applicable, to receive it in a portable format, by writing to info@eehl.net. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) or to the data-protection authority where you live.
